I am trying to add a multilayer ceramic capacitor to my project. It is an RS stocked item 852-3782 but ModelSource does not have it listed nor does the search function find it, either searching on the RS stock number or manufacturers part number. I tried to use the ECAD Part Wizard but it won't install without MS Office. Thanks in advance.

There is a little white + with a circle that sometimes appears at the origin, but sometimes not. How do I make it visible?

This is my first time using V6 and for some reason I can only Pull a face in whole number values. I never had this issue with V5. If I try to pull something 1.6mm it automatically changes it to 2mm. How to I fix this?

お世話になります。 投影で円を別の図形に投射すると、円の点が多点になる現象があります。 どの項目の設定を直せば良いでしょうか？ 小さい円の場合は多点になりません。

Hi, I am using Design Spark Mechanical Creator. The dwg & dxf export does not capture all geometry. See screenshots below. The first image is a screenshot of a sectioned drawing in a drawing sheet in Design Spark. The circled red geometries are not all captured when the drawing has been exported to dwg or dxf file when viewed in AutoCad or Sketchup: See 2nd screenshot. In the 2nd screen shot only one of the circled geomteries were captured and rest of the same geometries were not. I have tried all possible export options aswell as both Teigha and Autocad Real dwg translators to no avail. Is this a glitch with translators? Please advise. 

If I draw 4 rectangles: I can pull the 'green areas but not the white.  How do I change this?  Thanks in advance.

DS PCB 11.0 does not show 'auto-rename components' in Tools menu. My design has four schematic and 472 parts in the projects. Is there some limitation?

I notice that PCB footprints are missing for most of the surface mount diodes, except for SOD80, so the common DO-214, SOD-523 etc are not there. Also some SM transistor footprints are missing. Is this a deliberate omission for the Explorer version? Infact even the humble 1N4148 diode is not present in the pre-loaded components list. Because the footprints are not there, the component import does not successfully run. Did I make an error in installing the software or do I have to create these components?

Hello, I need schematic and pcb of GSM800L module

  this is what I see direct after start of Programm. When I click somewhere on Screen or hit a Key some Menupoints and Icons go away. What's going wrong here?
