How can I export a DS Mechanical file to an Arch D format (2 foot x 3 foot)?

First timer posting a question here:

I'm using D/S Mechanical and need to print out 2 foot x 3 foot drawings for manufacturing purposes.  I have tried to use pdf format, take it to staples and try to print out the 2'x3' but blowing it up greatly distorts it.  I've been told to use the Arch D format but I don't see that option.  I can print 8.5"x11" with no problems.  So my question is:

* Staples can only use pgn, pdf or jpeg.  HOW do I create a mechanical file that will print on a large plotter to create a 2 foot x 3 foot printout without distortion using DS Mechanical?
