15v AC Power Supply - Which options would work best?

I am buying a piece of equipment from the US and need to source a 15v AC power supply capable of supplying at least 5amps current. The Nuvotem toroidal transformers looks possible. But should I configure a 80VA with 2 outputs connected in parallel to provide the required current OR buy a 160VA version, just using one of the outputs? Any thoughts appreciated
