Last time we showed you how to connect a device to resin and ‘git push’ hello world application in a docker container.
In part 2 we build on this application to demonstrate a few more resin.io features. The application is a basic Flask app that uses psutil to read CPU usage on the device and save it to an SQL database using Flask-SQLAlchemy.
Here are the commands used in the tutorial.
$ git clone https://github.com/resin-io-projects/resin-fundementals-2
$ cd resin-fundementals-2
$ git remote add resin
$ git push resin master --force
If you missed the first tutorial you can find it here.
Next time we will be building a front-end to this application and serving it publically from the device!
Enjoy!
